Try Something New Tuesday – Visit the McDonald’s Museum

This Tuesday Nazar wanted to take a walk down memory lane. And what is the best way to do that? Head over to McDonald’s Museum and relive the fond memories of eating Happy Meals and playing at the McDonalds play place.

    – – I am here at the unofficial museum of where McDonalds officially began. Hey guys, this is Nazar with Provident Real Estate Today it’s try something new Tuesday, the best day of the week. I am here at the unofficial museum of where McDonald’s officially began here in San Bernardino county. We’re in San Bernardino, in the San Bernardino County. And what’s amazing about this place is that technically where, in the 1940’s, McDonald’s Brothers came and started shop. They had started a couple years before, somewhere else, in Monrovia I think, they moved here in 1940 and this where it all began and of course if you guys have seen the movie you know how that went down. But in this place here they got all kinds of memorabilia, they have pretty much every single toy that McDonald’s gave out in their little happy meals, that I loved as a kid. And one of my favorite characters, was Mr.Big Mac. Who remembers the Hamburglar? He used to steal your fries and your hamburger. That’s why he’s locked up, but he’s here for you to enjoy. If you guys played in McDonald’s one of the favorite things of mine was to play in this little jail-like Mr. Big Mac. I loved playing, I loved eating big macs, I loved all the toys, I’d make my parents go to McDonald’s just for the toys, and being able to collect them and of course the food was great, the fries were amazing and this is just an iconic place for you to come by. Spend a good half hour to an hour here, you’ll love it. There’s like thousands of thousands of happy meal toys they have inside, there’s all kinds of stuff to read, to learn about the history. They give you a nice little map to tells and breaks everything down for you. They’re open Monday through Fridays from nine to five. And they’re open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 to five. So, open every single day, come by, bring your kids, it’s free to come inside. And it’s awesome! So try something new Tuesday, come to McDonald’s, where they originally began here in San Bernardino, San Bernardino County, Southern California. This is Nazar with Provident Real Estate, wishing you an awesome Tuesday, take care!
